“The hotel was IMMACULATE. The check-in staff Jerrod (?) was very helpful and nice. The lady who managed breakfast was a Gem! My only issue was that the mixer on the shower was not working resulting in cold showers. Otherwise I have nothing but very positive things to say about this hotel.”

“The room was nice and basic but had everything we needed for 1 night. Clean and no smells. The breakfast was good, they are in the mist of changing to grab and go as signage was posted, but had more than enough for a good start for our busy day. The staff of girls were polite and friendly. Would stay again if in Jennings in the future for another convention.”

“Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we walked into the room, there was a very strong animal odor, and the room did not feel clean or well maintained. Although we understood we were assigned to a pet-designated room, that should not mean the room smells overwhelmingly of animals. If anything, those rooms should be cleaned even more thoroughly to ensure guests are still comfortable. The bathroom also had issues, as water leaked out of the tub during……

“We were just there for a quick stop over, but could not use the shower due to build up in the drain that wouldn’t allow water to drain, and sent black gunk swirling when we turned on the water. There were also bugs, but dead and alive, in the living room. It has potential, but seems to need a new cleaning service!”
